What will you do?
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and daily promotional plans according to the monetization strategy
- In charge of the implementation of promotions through the campaign design and creative creation in all communication channels
- Responsible for the operational launch of campaigns, QA, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the campaigns, and bringing insights for optimization
- leverage product features and marketing tools for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our players
- Constantly coming up with exciting new innovative ideas
- Constantly improving and optimizing in a data-driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit the company KPIs
- Working closely with the creative team, operations team, economy team, BA, and product managers
Who are you?
- 2+ years experience in sales/marketing/business analysis/product management in a data-driven environment (gaming industry-an advantage)
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills
- Can-do approach and ability to make things happen
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
- A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
