What will you do?

  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and daily promotional plans according to the monetization strategy
  • In charge of the implementation of promotions through the campaign design and creative creation in all communication channels
  • Responsible for the operational launch of campaigns, QA, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the campaigns, and bringing insights for optimization
  • leverage product features and marketing tools for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our players
  • Constantly coming up with exciting new innovative ideas
  • Constantly improving and optimizing in a data-driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit the company KPIs
  • Working closely with the creative team, operations team, economy team, BA, and product managers

Who are you?

  • 2+ years experience in sales/marketing/business analysis/product management in a data-driven environment (gaming industry-an advantage)
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
  • Can-do approach and ability to make things happen
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
  • A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
