Economy & Analytics Lead

What wil you do in SuperPlay?

As Economy & Analytics lead you will play a key role in building the game experience.

• Design the game economy for the optimal user experience
• Work with studio leadership and product teams on balancing game loops & new features
• Build simulations and predictive models to forecast the results of economy changes
• Define and specify the game’s analytics structure 
• Monitor individual and macro player behavior to ensure the overall health of the game's economy 
• Discover key insights to guide and support the business strategy

Requirements 

• At least 2 years experience in a data, analytics or economy role
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economy or other quantitative fields
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including data manipulation, etc
• High level analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – ability to  turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• A true passion for games and player behavior
